If you’re using Chrome developer version for Windows, you can now use the fancy new app launcher that you’ve always loved in Chromebooks (Google’s netbooks with their own OS installed).
Here’s how to install the new app launcher:
- Install the developer version of Chrome.
- Install any of the apps such as CIRC or Text Drive in it.
- Done. You’ll get the app launcher as an icon on your Windows taskbar the first time you install a packaged app.
There. See that was easy.
